Registration:
  • • For examinations you will have to register online on our website Hyderabad.german.in
  • • Please ensure that you enter the requested information correctly as the same data will thereafter reflect on all official documents and communication from the Goethe-Zentrum Hyderabad. Please inform the office via E-mail on the examination day if any correction in your personal details is required. No changes will be made after the examination day.
  • • Once the registration has been done, the date of examination cannot be changed. However an exception can be made in case of illness against a medical certificate. In this case the fee would be transferred to the next available examination date against payment of 25% of the examination fee.
  • • Exam fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
On the Examination day
  • • As per the Goethe-Zentrum Hyderabad Protocol, you are required to be present at the Goethe-Zentrum 30 minutes prior to the given examination time.
  • • Hall tickets will be given on the examination Day.
  • • It is mandatory for you to carry an original Photo-ID on the day of the exam. You will be allowed to take the examination only after you show us the ORIGINAL & VALID photo Identification with your latest photograph and the date of Birth such as:
  • • a. Passport b. Pan card c. Aadhar Card (with complete date of Birth)
  • • Photocopies or soft copies of Photo ID will not be accepted.
  • • VIVA may continue for the entire day. Hence request you to please come prepared.
  • • Cell phones, any kind of watches, electronic devices as well as stationary are not allowed in the examination Hall. Pens will be provided by us. We advise you not to bring any valuables and carry only a small bag along for your belongings. You will be asked to keep the bag at an allocated place at the office.
  • • Please carry your own water bottle and fill it up as required. Water bottle will not be allowed in the examination hall.

  • • Request you to cooperate with the staff and follow instructions.
Results and Certificates
  • • The examination results will be announced three to four weeks from the date of examination.
  • • The certificates of the passed examinations/ modules are dispatched 5 weeks from the date of examination on the postal address provided by the candidate on the day of examination.
  • • The certificate can be also collected in-person. The candidate must carry his/her valid original photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport and Driving License) and his/her Hall ticket.
  • • In case of loss of certificate, a replacement certificate shall be issued against administrative charges of INR 2,700 including GST. This clause is valid only for an examination taken within the last ten years.
