Yes, Thomas Lüttge was missing with us at the Book Launch on 24th November but now that he is in the city, we don’t want you to lose an opportunity to meet him.
Meet the Photographer is a presentation by Mr. Thomas Lüttge on his works of Golconda and more, post 2012. He will be showcasing some of his works that is neither visible at the exhibition nor the book. Come join this event to listen and view his experiences.
Thomas Lüttge is a freelance photographer based in Munich since 1968. He has more than 30 solo exhibitions and several publications to his credit. He has taught photojournalism and portrait photography at the Photography Academy in Munich and at the Salzburg College and has conducted numerous workshops around the world.
Thomas Lüttge is one of the photographers of the recently launched book called, " GOLCONDA-HYDERABAD 1975/1996/2012". It is a Photographic Essay that presents the pictorial journey undertaken by Thomas Lüttge and Hans Winterberg edited by Heiko Sievers. They charted the changing conditions of historic buildings and architectural marvels of Golconda and Hyderabad - through the effects of conservation, preservation, and the development of the city. The photographs in this book, are a curated selection from an archive of work that spanned a period of forty years.
