ACFM, HLF and GZH are happy to screen “Life Flows On” on the occasion of Alzheimer's Awareness Month (September 2023). This film is dedicated to the Global Dementia Challenge and Elderly Care, it is an engaging and gripping cinematic experience made with an Indian-European cast and crew. The film was released in selected theatres in India and other parts of the world.
Global figures of persons living with dementia stand currently at more than 55 million with over 60% of whom live in low and middle-income countries. India has 8.8 million people affected by dementia. This is our humble contribution to participate and respond to the global challenge to deal with a life with Alzheimer’s.
A series of screenings are being organised in the month of September across the country in order to raise awareness and to seriously deal with the grave challenge of dementia and elderly care concerns.
Mr. David Shenk, an American writer, filmmaker, and academic has supported this project since its inception. He has been a great support and source of encouragement.
This film features Padma-Shri Tom Alter, Norwegian Actress- Astri G, French Actor Michael, German-origin actress- Allegra Dun, Satyabrat Rawat, and Gajendra Verma with memorable performances by all.
